- Manage day to day financial operations, including processing transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor budgets and cash flows, perform variance analysis, and support management with financial forecasts and performance insights
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as auditors and banks, to provide timely financial information and resolve queries
- Contribute to improving financial processes, internal controls, and reporting tools to support the organization’s growth and advisory services
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and general financial management
- Hands on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, review, and reconciliation
- Developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights
- Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non finance stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements in the UAE or GCC region is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast paced environment

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Finance Officer role based in Dubai.
