Role Overview

  • As Sales Manager Transient, you will be the driving force behind Faena Wadi Safar's individual business performance building and managing a portfolio of corporate, leisure, diplomatic, and online travel accounts.
  • This is a pre opening role, which means you will be instrumental in establishing the hotel's presence in the market.

What You Will Create

  • Account Management & Business Development: Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, diplomatic, OTA, and leisure accounts across local, regional, and international markets.
  • Prospect and sign new corporate accounts, negotiating Local Negotiated Rates (LNRs) and preferred agreements that deliver measurable room night production.
  • Conduct regular account calls, business reviews, and site inspections to maintain strong relationships and maximize share of wallet.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, competitor analysis, and proactive outreach.
  • Represent Faena Wadi Safar at trade shows, networking events, and client entertainment opportunities.
  • OTA & Leisure Channel Management: Manage relationships with key OTA partners, travel management companies (TMCs), and luxury travel consortia.
  • Work closely with Revenue Management to ensure rate parity, channel optimization, and production targets are consistently met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with luxury leisure agencies and travel advisors who drive high value individual bookings.
  • Develop and execute targeted leisure sales initiatives aligned with seasonal demand patterns and promotional calendar.
  • Diplomatic & Institutional Transient Business: Identify and develop individual transient business from embassies, consulates, international organizations, and government affiliated travelers.
  • Build relationships with corporate travel coordinators and executive assistants managing high frequency traveler accounts.
  • Ensure seamless handling and recognition of VIP individual accounts in coordination with the Front Office and Guest Experience teams.
