The Role of the Sales Manager

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan that encompasses both new and existing accounts.
  • Exceed revenue targets through various strategies, including outside sales calls, on site visits, sales tours, and community networking.
  • Travel is a requirement and a tremendous advantage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Use excellent communication and negotiation skills to create meaningful connections and drive business growth.
  • Understand market trends, identify opportunities for revenue generation, and effectively position the hotel.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Sales & Marketing, F&B, Rooms.

Food & Beverage

  • The hotel offers three exceptional restaurant venues, collectively offering a seating capacity of 250 guests.

Event Facilities

  • Our event facilities offer a remarkable 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet) of space.

SPA and Wellness

  • World class spa with 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 for female guests.
  • High end facilities and a meticulously outfitted fitness centre.
  • Diverse and dedicated team of 25 colleagues.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Local Talent (Saudi national).
  • Three years previous experience in Luxury Hotel selling negotiated corporate accounts and strong negotiating skills.
  • Traveling is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English & Arabic language.
  • Strong planning and organizing skill.
  • Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming business.
  • Experience with cluster / multi properties is an advantage.
