About the Role
BRONZE HQ DISTRIBUTION AND TRADING FZE is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and mentor a sales team, develop strategies to maximize property sales, and build client relationships in Dubai.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize property sales and revenue generation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting through to closing and post sales support.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales objectives.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
