- Supervise daily hard and soft FM operations across company facilities, including buildings, warehouses, offices, and external areas
- Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems, plant rooms, equipment, and facility areas to identify maintenance requirements
- Monitor asset performance and ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency
- Supervise FM technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and service providers
- Prepare work schedules, manpower allocation, and daily task planning
- Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and according to company standards
- Manage maintenance records, work orders, asset history, and CMMS updates
- Coordinate contractors and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical requirements
- Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations, UAE HSE requirements, Permit to Work (PTW) procedures, and statutory inspections
- Support emergency response activities, facility improvements, and business continuity requirements
Requirements
- Experience supervising hard and soft FM operations
- Knowledge of MEP systems, plant rooms, and equipment
- Familiarity with JAFZA regulations and UAE HSE requirements
- Experience with CMMS and work order management
- Ability to supervise technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and service providers
