- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and content creators
- Conduct outreach and negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning through execution and completion
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Prepare campaign briefs and communicate expectations clearly to influencers
- Monitor campaign performance including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Track influencer deliverables and ensure timely content publication
- Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and platform updates
- Maintain an organized database of influencers, campaign records, contracts, and performance reports
- Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams to develop effective campaign strategies
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost effective partnerships
Requirements
- 4 9 years of experience in influencer marketing or related field
- Experience in researching and identifying suitable influencers across social media platforms
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate campaigns from planning to execution
