Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants to maximize their performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and maximize conversions
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales, including experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and sales processes
- Proven ability to lead a sales team and consistently achieve targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong client relationship management and business development abilities
- Target driven with excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Salary
- Pay: AED 7,000 AED 12,000 per month.
