Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **Relationship Manager** to join our real estate sales team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Manage property sales inquiries and follow-ups
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and property launches
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and manage client relationships
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Knowledge of Dubai property market and sales processes
- Fluency in English is mandatory (additional languages are an advantage)
- UAE driving license is preferred
