Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Sales Manager – Real Estate** with a strong network of **agents and brokers in Dubai**.
The ideal candidate should have **minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales**, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to drive high-volume sales through channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong relationships with **real estate brokers and agents across Dubai**.
- Drive property sales through **channel partner networks and direct clients**.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients and brokers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations and closures.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales**.
- Strong existing **network of brokers and agents in Dubai**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of **achieving sales targets**.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
