Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
- Understand clients' property investment requirements and provide suitable recommendations
- Promote and sell off plan and secondary market properties across Dubai
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities
- Conduct property viewings and client presentations
- Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, new launches, and investment opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system
- Provide excellent after sales support to build long term client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's off plan and secondary property market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long term client relationships
- Self motivated, target driven, and results oriented
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- RERA certification is preferred
- UAE driving license is preferred

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, with a strong ability to build lasting client relationships, generate business, and successfully close property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
