Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Relationship Manager – Direct Sales** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in **closing off-plan property deals** and a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for off-plan property sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable off-plan projects
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits
- **Independently handle and close off-plan deals**
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, projects, and pricing
- Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams for smooth transactions
- Ensure excellent client service throughout the sales cycle
Key Requirements
- Minimum **2+ years of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory)**
- Proven track record in **closing off-plan property deals**
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Existing client/investor network is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of RERA regulations is a plus
