About the Role

- Manage sales pipelines, monitor team KPIs, and utilize real estate CRM systems
- Ensure all sales activities and contracts comply with Abu Dhabi real estate laws and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of real estate sales management experience in the UAE, with a focus on both off plan and secondary markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- In depth understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate landscape
- Fluency in English & Arabic is essential
- Professional real estate license/broker certification recognized in Abu Dhabi

Core Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of real estate sales management experience in the UAE, with a focus on both off plan and secondary markets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Market Knowledge: In depth understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate landscape, including major developers and investment trends.
- Languages: Fluency in English & Arabic is essential, speaking skills are highly advantageous for diverse client portfolios.
- Certifications: Often requires a professional real estate license/broker certification recognized in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: Starting from AED 8,000 monthly base salary.
- Commissions: Uncapped commission structures based on team and individual sales closures.
