About the Role

  • Amlak One Real Estate is looking for motivated and results driven Real Estate Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions.
  • Maintain accurate client and property records in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on the Abu Dhabi real estate market, pricing trends, and regulations.
  • Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship building abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
