- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants

- Negotiate offers and close sales and leasing deals
- Stay informed about the Abu Dhabi real estate market, property values, and industry trends

Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, ambitious, and target driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage
- Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are preferred but not mandatory
- Fluency in English is required
