About Us

  • Amlak One Real Estate is a dynamic and growing real estate company specializing in residential and commercial property sales and leasing across Abu Dhabi.
  • We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results driven Senior Property Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings and present suitable investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and leasing transactions.
  • Maintain an up to date portfolio of available properties.
  • Stay informed about Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
  • Prepare sales agreements and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to maximize property exposure.
  • Provide professional after sales support to maintain long term client relationships.
  • Mentor and support junior property consultants when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience is preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and customer focused.
