Job Summary

  • Amlak One Real Estate L.L.C. is looking for energetic and goal oriented Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
  • You will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Promote residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and leasing transactions.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
  • Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends and property values.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a sales focused role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to build long term client relationships.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • UAE Driving License and own vehicle are an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or French are a plus.
