Requirements
- 8–12 years of B2B sales experience within industrial, engineering, construction, or technical solution environments
- Experience leading and coaching field sales teams
- Strong channel partner and distributor management experience
- Exposure to project based sales and technical solution selling
- Knowledge of asset integrity, preservation, or corrosion protection solutions highly advantageous
- A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (MBA a plus)

Role Overview
