Overview
Conjugate Consulting seeks a Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand the client base for a leading real estate developer in Dubai.
The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and strong negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Prospect potential clients and analyze market trends
- Plan and execute monthly sales targets
- Develop new business opportunities in various geographies
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, Channel Partners and real estate agents/broker
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, including property selection, negotiations, and documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
