Role Overview
Square Feets Real Estate is hiring an experienced Sales Manager in Dubai.
The role leads real estate sales growth, mentors agents, drives revenue, and strengthens the brokerage leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Drive personal sales and coach agents through meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Recruit, train, and develop additional Property Consultants.
- Build relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.
- Develop sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and track Dubai market trends and project launches.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of Dubai real estate sales experience is required.
- Applicants must have an existing team of at least five Property Consultants or Sales Agents willing to join.
- A proven sales-target track record and strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are required.
- Extensive knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan and secondary real estate market is required.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred.
- A UAE driver’s license is listed as preferred in the main requirements and required in the application metadata.
- Hindi is required.
Compensation
- The role offers salary plus commission or commission-only compensation.
- Advertised pay is AED 4,000–AED 50,000 per month, with commission and performance incentives.
