Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across different industries
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and market research
- Present BrandXB’s media and marketing services in a professional and convincing manner
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and customized service packages
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE
- Previous experience in a media, digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and agency services
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Strong network and knowledge of the UAE business market
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence and own car

Position Overview
- BrandXB, a Dubai based media and marketing agency, is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and target driven Sales Manager
- Ideal candidate must have strong experience in selling media, advertising, digital marketing, social media management, branding, content creation, website development, and related agency services within the UAE market
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients across different industries
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and market research
- Present BrandXB’s media and marketing services in a professional and convincing manner
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marketing solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and customized service packages
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the account management and creative teams during client onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE
- Previous experience in a media, digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency is mandatory
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and agency services
- Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Strong network and knowledge of the UAE business market
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and confident personality
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Strong organizational, follow up, and client management skills
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
- Must have a valid UAE driving licence and own car
