Job Overview

  • We are hiring a professional Personal Assistant / Executive Secretary to report directly to the Hotel General Manager.
  • The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hotel experience
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and communication style
  • Ability to manage schedules, meetings, reports, emails, and confidential matters
  • Experience supporting senior management or a General Manager is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative support to the Hotel General Manager
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and follow ups
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communication
  • Coordinate with hotel departments and external partners
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism

Pay

  • AED 5,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month
