Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across branding, marketing, hospitality consulting, franchising, and digital services.
  • Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and market expansion initiatives.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Experience in branding agencies, marketing agencies, hospitality, F&B, franchising, or consulting is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Existing professional network within the UAE market is highly desirable.
  • Self motivated with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • UAE driving license is preferred.
