Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across branding, marketing, hospitality consulting, franchising, and digital services
- Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams
- Lead negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop strategic sales plans and market expansion initiatives
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences
- Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in branding agencies, marketing agencies, hospitality, F&B, franchising, or consulting is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Existing professional network within the UAE market is highly desirable
- UAE driving license is preferred
