In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Understanding client requirements and briefing potential investors about property significance
  • Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the sales team
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and customer preferences
  • Personally handle key client accounts and complex negotiations
  • Assist the team in negotiating and closing high value real estate transactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 5 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
  • Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
  • Capability to analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
  • Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Thrives in a dynamic and competitive real estate environment
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Fluency in English
