- Manage and enhance relationships with real estate developers, ensuring seamless collaboration
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to deliver mortgage and financing solutions for clients
- Oversee project management efforts across sales lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of strategies
- Monitor and report on KPIs, market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership
- Prepare sales strategies through numbers and analysis to increase revenue
- Mentor and manage cross functional teams to ensure high performance
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- 5 8 years of experience in key account management, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in real estate or similar industry
- Strong understanding of partner/channel sales models and client service dynamics
- Excellent people management skills

In this role, you will:
- Lead and optimize sales operations to support business growth and improve conversion rates
- Manage and enhance relationships with real estate developers, ensuring seamless collaboration and business alignment
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to deliver mortgage and financing solutions for clients
- Strong Stakeholder Management especially with heads of all departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and other support functions
- Product Management and coordination with Tech department for development and improvement of CRM and other products
- Deep understanding of SOPs to improve the efficiencies
- Oversee project management efforts across sales lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of strategies and achievement of sales targets
- Monitor and report on KPIs, market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership
- To prepare Sales Strategies on the go through numbers and analysis to increase revenue
- Need to carry out analysis about the sales team and developers to share the insights for all stakeholders
- Should be able to study and research competition and share insights for improvement of company structure and operations
- Mentor and manage cross functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals
Requirements
- Masters' degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 8 years of experience in key account management, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of partner/channel sales models and client service dynamics
- Ability to analyse
- Highly presentation individual with a professional attitude
