Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales/business development team to achieve company targets.
- Develop and expand client networks within the Forex industry.
- Bring and manage an existing sales team/BDM network.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve sales results.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Collaborate with management to execute sales strategies and market expansion plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Forex industry.
- Proven experience in leading a sales or business development team.
- Must be able to bring an existing team with at least 3 Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Strong network and client resources within the Forex industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently in a remote working environment.
- Candidates can work remotely
- India & Pakistan nationality candidates who have experience for Dubai market are welcome to apply
