Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, residential or commercial properties.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire property transaction process.
  • Conduct property viewings, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential buyers or tenants.
  • Prepare and present offers and contracts to clients.
  • Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing, and property availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales a to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
  • Ensure all required documents, such as contracts and agreements, are accurately prepared and signed.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • What we require:
  • Sales experience (Experience with Real Estate Developer )
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust with clients
  • Result-oriented mindset and motivation for high earnings
  • **Fluent German— required (C1 or higher)**
  • **English — B2 or higher**
  • Additional languages — a plus
