Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic CRM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and optimisation of our customer relationship management systems and processes.
  • This role is critical in enhancing customer lifecycle management, improving sales conversion rates, and driving long term client retention.
  • The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in real estate CRM operations, data driven decision making, and cross functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration between CRM and other systems (ERP, marketing automation tools, etc.).
  • Map and optimize the full customer journey from lead generation to post sales engagement.
  • Develop segmentation strategies to personalise communication and campaigns.
  • Implement lead scoring and nurturing frameworks.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and pipeline visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards for tracking performance.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Generate regular reports on CRM performance, sales funnel metrics, and customer behavior.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–8+ years of experience in CRM management within the real estate industry (developer environment mandatory).
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing CRM systems successfully.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, off plan and secondary markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualisation/reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED15,000.00 AED18,000.00 per month
