About the Role
Wadan Real Estate Development LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to record invoices, monitor payments, reconcile accounts, and generate reports.

Responsibilities
- Record customer invoices, payment receipts, credit notes, and debit notes
- Monitor customer payment schedules and installment plans
- Ensure timely allocation of receipts against customer accounts
- Perform periodic reconciliations of customer accounts
- Resolve discrepancies between customer records and the accounting system
- Prepare customer statements of account upon request
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams regarding customer balances
- Generate aging reports and collection status reports
- Prepare collection forecasts and cash collection reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience with REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA Inter (preferred)
