About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide day to day support to business users across Oracle Fusion SCM, Finance, and Projects modules
- Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, roles, responsibilities, and security permissions
- Assist users with system access, navigation, transaction processing, and issue resolution
- Monitor and track application issues, service requests, and enhancement requests
- Work closely with the Oracle support and implementation partner to resolve system issues and support tickets
- Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of fixes and system enhancements
- Participate in the implementation of new Oracle Fusion features, reports, workflows, and modules
- Gather business requirements from users and document process improvement opportunities
- Support the design and implementation of new business process flows within Oracle Fusion
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation activities
- Support the development and validation of operational and management reports
- Conduct end user training sessions and knowledge sharing workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in ERP support, business applications, or Oracle Fusion administration
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM, Finance, and Projects modules
- Understanding of business processes related to procurement, inventory, finance, project management, or operations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Job Overview

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in coordinating with external ERP implementation/support partners.
- Knowledge of procurement, inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, or project accounting processes.
Salary
- Pay: AED7,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month
