- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Collection Executive or similar role, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Fluency in English and Arabic
