The Role of the Sales Manager

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan encompassing new and existing accounts.
  • Exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on site visits, sales tours, and community networking.
  • Travel is a requirement and a tremendous advantage.
  • Exceptional skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients are essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry is vital.

  • Prime location in the heart of the capital within the iconic 99 storey Kingdom Tower.
  • 276 spacious rooms including 39 luxurious suites.
  • Areas of responsibility: Sales & Marketing, F&B, Rooms.

  • Three exceptional restaurant venues with a seating capacity of 250 guests.
  • Event facilities offer 7,213 square meters of space.

SPA and Wellness

  • World class spa with 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 for female guests.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Local Talent (Saudi national).
  • Three years previous experience in Luxury Hotel selling negotiated corporate accounts and strong negotiating skills.
  • Traveling is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills.
  • Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling, and confirming business.
  • Experience with cluster / multi properties is an advantage.
