- Oversee all commercial functions including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, MarCom, and Public Relations
- Develop and implement the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget
- Collaborate with General Manager to define pricing, channel strategy, segmentation, and promotional planning
- Drive brand awareness through effective PR strategy, media relations, and content marketing
- Oversee social media strategy and execution
- Evaluate market opportunities to develop business leads and partnerships
- Ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across all platforms
- Recruit, lead, and develop a strong commercial team
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing leadership with strong background in revenue and budget management
- Luxury hospitality expertise with knowledge of current customer and travel behavior trends
- Demonstrated ability to lead commercial strategy in a pre opening or repositioning environment
- Strong critical thinking, creative problem solving, and multi project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia

About the Role
- Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a core member of the Hotel Leadership Team, responsible for driving the hotel’s strategic commercial performance through Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Public Relations.
What You Will Do
- Oversee all commercial functions, including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, MarCom, and Public Relations

- Collaborate with the General Manager to define pricing, channel strategy, segmentation, and promotional planning
- Drive brand awareness through effective PR strategy, media relations, and content marketing
- Oversee social media strategy and execution in collaboration with the Director of PR
- Evaluate and analyze market opportunities to develop business leads and partnerships
- Ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across all platforms and guest touchpoints
- Recruit, lead, and develop a strong commercial team to deliver measurable results and brand consistency
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing leadership, with a strong background in revenue and budget management
- Luxury hospitality expertise with knowledge of current customer and travel behavior trends
- Demonstrated ability to lead commercial strategy in a pre opening or repositioning environment
- Strong critical thinking, creative problem solving, and multi project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- High attention to detail and a passion for innovation and brand storytelling
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
- Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
