- Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools and educational institutions
- Promote and sell educational tours, STEM programs, leadership camps, university visits, and experiential learning programs
- Achieve revenue and sales targets for the assigned market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, school leaders, and trip coordinators
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized itineraries based on client requirements
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and parent information sessions
- Coordinate with operations and other internal teams to ensure successful program delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
- Ensure excellent customer service and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, travel, or tourism
- Experience working with schools and educational institutions preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker
- Driving License is a must
- Willingness to travel as required

Position Overview
- The Sales Manager – Edutainment Division is responsible for driving business growth by developing and managing relationships with schools and educational institutions to promote and secure participation in domestic and international educational travel programs.
- The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the client portfolio, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with schools and educational institutions.
- Promote and sell educational tours, STEM programs, leadership camps, university visits, and experiential learning programs.

Qualifications and Experience
