Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in talent booking, artist relations, concert programming, or entertainment partnerships
- Strong network of artist managers, agencies, and talent representatives
- Proven experience negotiating artist contracts and commercial terms
- Deep understanding of artist pricing, touring, and live entertainment economics
- Experience managing multiple artist bookings and large scale events

Role Summary
- Own artist sourcing, booking, negotiations, contracting, and relationship management with artists, managers, agencies, labels, and promoters.
- Drive talent strategy and help scale Rayna's concert and entertainment business across key markets.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in talent booking, artist relations, concert programming, or entertainment partnerships.
- Strong network of artist managers, agencies, and talent representatives.
- Proven experience negotiating artist contracts and commercial terms.
- Deep understanding of artist pricing, touring, and live entertainment economics.
- Experience managing multiple artist bookings and large scale events.
Preferred Background
- Experience with organizations such as BookMyShow Live, Only Much Louder (OML), Collective Artists Network, Wizcraft, DNA Entertainment, Percept Live, Zee Live, District by Zomato (Insider), leading talent agencies, artist management firms, or GCC concert promoters.
- Experience booking Indian artists for GCC/international markets.
- Knowledge of artist visas, travel logistics, and overseas performances.
- Strong network across Bollywood, independent, regional music, and live entertainment sectors.
