About the Role

Responsibilities
- Drive monthly revenue targets through consultations, treatment upselling, and package sales
- Manage and convert inbound leads from Meta, TikTok, WhatsApp, and walk ins into booked appointments
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with clinic growth targets
- Train and guide the front desk team on consultation etiquette and conversion techniques
- Maintain a robust CRM pipeline — track leads, follow ups, and conversions
- Identify B2B opportunities including corporate wellness packages and hotel partnerships
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for clinic management
- Ensure a premium, professional client experience from first contact through treatment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in aesthetic clinic, medical spa, wellness centre, or luxury hospitality
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp based lead management
- Understanding of aesthetic treatments is a strong plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Valid UAE residence visa or currently based in the UAE

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to lead patient acquisition, revenue growth, and business development initiatives at our clinic.
- You will be the commercial engine of the clinic — converting leads into consultations, managing the sales pipeline, and building long term client relationships.
