- Manage daily calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate clinic, business, and personal schedules
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
- Follow up on pending tasks with internal departments and external partners
- Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
- Assist with documentation, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Support marketing and social media coordination when required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information
- Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed efficiently
- Perform general administrative and executive support duties
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (preferably in healthcare or aesthetics)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexible with working hours when required

Job Overview
