About the Role
Modern Aesthetics Poly Clinic is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients. You will manage appointment scheduling, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a premium, hospitable manner
- Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations via clinic management software
- Answer inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk in inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure on time patient flow
- Process payments, invoices, and receipts accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and patient records
- Handle client feedback and escalate where necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of receptionist or front desk experience in a clinic, hospital, hotel, or luxury retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Professional appearance and confident, warm demeanor
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Experience with clinic or appointment management software is an advantage
- Currently based in the UAE
