Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and sales team to ensure consistent achievement of individual and departmental KPIs
- Generate new business opportunities through schools, corporate partnerships, government entities, education consultants, and referral networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, school counsellors, corporate clients, and strategic partners
- Oversee the complete admissions sales cycle, from lead generation and enquiry management to enrolment and registration
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline activity, implementing corrective actions where required
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, events, education fairs, open days, and promotional activities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process and maintain high levels of student and parent satisfaction
- Represent the institution at exhibitions, networking events, career fairs, and other recruitment initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or admissions within the UAE education sector
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leading and managing a sales or admissions team
- Proven track record of consistently achieving enrolment and revenue targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven negotiation and relationship building abilities
- Strategic planning and business development expertise
- Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to lead our student recruitment and admissions sales efforts across the UAE.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development, or admissions within the UAE education sector.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leading and managing a sales or admissions team.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving enrolment and revenue targets.
- Strong network within the UAE education sector is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
