Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and business objectives
• Lead, supervise, and support the sales team in achieving individual and departmental goals
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, corporate clients, distributors, and business partners
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with prospective customers
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer support and project execution
• Support business expansion initiatives related to mobility products, medical equipment, and vehicle modification solutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional after-sales support

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive
• Strong background in:
• Medical sales or healthcare-related products
• Mobility equipment and accessibility solutions
• Automotive accessories or vehicle modification industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, client acquisition, and business development
• Ability to manage teams, sales targets, and multiple client accounts effectively
• Professional presentation and problem-solving skills
• UAE Driving License is an advantage
• Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred
• Immediate joiners are preferred
