About the Role
We Aspire Education is hiring a B2B Sales Representative in Dubai to expand corporate client base for training and educational services. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and client visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR departments, L&D teams, and business decision makers
- Promote the Company's corporate training programs and educational services
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Operations and Training teams to ensure successful program delivery
- Submit weekly sales reports and market feedback to Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE
- Experience selling corporate services, training, education, recruitment, or professional services is highly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Requirements
