Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and Microsoft Office
- Follow up on leads, applications, and pending customer requirements
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for the Sales Team
- Prepare sales reports and update daily sales activities
- Process student registrations and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations regarding payments and enrollments
- Maintain organized filing systems and office records
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, or Administration
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude

Job Overview
