Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Secondary Sales Manager to lead and grow our secondary sales division in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Dubai secondary market, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive team performance, inventory acquisition, and revenue growth.
This role requires a hands-on manager who can lead by example, mentor agents, secure quality inventory, and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and brokers across the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the secondary sales team
- Drive team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support sales agents
- Develop strategies to increase secondary market inventory and exclusives
- Monitor lead management, follow-ups, viewings, and conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and brokers
- Ensure listings are accurately priced, updated, and market competitive
- Conduct performance reviews, team meetings, and sales coaching sessions
- Support agents in negotiations, client handling, and deal closures
- Coordinate with marketing teams to maximize lead generation and property exposure
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, pricing movements, and market activity
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company procedures
- Oversee the full sales transaction process from offer stage to transfer
Requirements
- Minimum
- 3+ years
- of
- Dubai/UAE real estate experience
- Previous experience in
- secondary sales management

- Strong understanding of the Dubai secondary sales market
- Proven leadership, team management, and closing abilities
- Strong network within the Dubai real estate industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
