- Specialise in the secondary (sales and rental) market within designated area
- Source and secure quality property listings while maintaining an active portfolio
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings with professionalism
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and buyers
- Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions
- Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity within your area
- Work closely with management and Sales Manager to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate preferred
- Freshers with strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Self motivated, target driven, and eager to succeed
- Ability to work on commission only

- Seeking ambitious, driven, and results oriented Property Consultants – Secondary Market to join the team.
- Hiring Area Specialists for Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Al Furjan.
Responsibilities
- Specialise in the secondary (sales and rental) market within designated area.
- Source and secure quality property listings while maintaining an active portfolio.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings with professionalism and confidence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and buyers.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions.
- Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity within your area.
- Work closely with management and your Sales Manager to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards.
Requirements
