Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Leasing Manager to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Dubai leasing market, proven team management experience, and the ability to drive leasing performance, inventory growth, and client relationships.
- This role is suited for someone who can lead from the front, manage agents effectively, and contribute to the overall growth of the leasing division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the leasing team
- Drive leasing performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved
- Train, mentor, and support leasing agents
- Develop strategies to increase inventory and leasing transactions
- Monitor agent activity, lead follow-ups, and conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and property owners
- Ensure listings are accurate, updated, and competitive within the market
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and sales coaching sessions
- Coordinate with marketing teams to maximize lead generation and exposure
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of Dubai/UAE real estate experience
- Previous experience as a Leasing Manager or Senior Leasing Consultant preferred
- Strong understanding of the Dubai leasing market
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- RERA certification is an advantage
- British candidates preferred
