- Expand landlord relationships and grow the company's leasing inventory
- Ensure fast response times, viewings, and high conversion rates
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve team results
- Manage pipeline activity through Bitrix CRM
- Recruit, coach, and develop high performing leasing consultants
Requirements
- Proven success within Dubai's secondary leasing market
- Strong knowledge of rental pricing, market trends, and tenant behaviour
- Consistent history of closing leasing transactions
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a leasing team
- Results driven mindset with a hands on leadership approach
- Currently based in the UAE and actively working in the market

Leasing Manager | Dubai
- Aurantius Real Estate is hiring a Leasing Manager to lead, grow, and drive a high performing leasing division within Dubai's competitive rental market.
- This isn't a role for someone who simply delegates. We want a leader who understands leasing from the ground up, winning listings, managing landlords, closing deals, and mentoring agents to perform consistently.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Build, lead, and grow a successful secondary leasing team
- Drive consistent rental transactions and team performance
- Support agents with negotiations and closing high quality leasing deals
- Expand landlord relationships and grow the company's leasing inventory
