About Four Seasons

  • The hotel completed a renovation in 2019 and reopened in March 2020.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the sales program of the hotel.
  • Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in the Commercial plan.
  • Actively participate in achieving departmental goals contributing to hotel budgets.
  • Solicit from assigned local corporate/long stays/group/leisure segments for rooms, F&B, banquet and all hotel business.
  • Write strategic sales action plans for assigned segments.
  • Monitor accounts revenue and business production.
  • Maximize up selling opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and promotional events.
  • Plan sales trips under Director of Sales approval.
  • Review direct competition and conduct regular research.
  • Maintain hotel database and Central Information System.
  • Conduct site inspections.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 3 years of experience in luxury hotels or resorts in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and third parties.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with ability to remain calm and resourceful.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong bilingual writing skills.
