About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue across two luxury properties. The role involves implementing sales action plans, managing corporate/group/leisure accounts, and conducting site inspections.

Responsibilities
- Administer the sales program of the hotel
- Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market as outlined in the Commercial plan
- Actively participate in achieving departmental goals contributing to hotel budgets
- Solicit from assigned local corporate/long stays/group/leisure segments for rooms, food & beverage, banquet and all hotel business
- Write strategic sales action plans for assigned segments
- Monitor accounts revenue and business production
- Maximize up selling opportunities whenever possible
- Attend related work functions and promotional events (e.g., trade shows) and promote sales
- Plan sales trips under direct approval of Director of Sales or Commercial Director
- Review direct competition and conduct regular research
- Maintain hotel database and Central Information System
- Conduct site inspections
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in luxury hotels or resorts in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with guests, employees, and third parties
- Excellent problem solving skills with ability to remain calm and resourceful in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong bilingual writing skills
