Sales Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell personal loans, home loans, business loans, and insurance policies.
• Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and customer networking.
• Build relationships with customers, agents, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
• Guide customers through loan and insurance application processes.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and insurance providers.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in loans, banking, financial services, or insurance sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of loan and insurance products.
• Willingness to travel for field sales activities.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹20,000–₹50,000 per month.
