The Relationship Manager will promote and manage loan and insurance products.
The role focuses on lead generation, client relationships, sales targets, and financial solutions based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new loan and insurance business through field sales, references, and customer interactions.
- Build relationships with customers and business partners.
- Assess customer financial requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies for approvals and documentation.
- Maintain customer records, provide service support, and handle customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management regularly.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of loans, insurance, banking, and financial products.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- MS Office and CRM knowledge preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is listed as an eligibility criterion.
- Experience in banking, finance, loans, insurance, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹30,000 to ₹55,000 per month.
