Role overview

The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations and drive sales growth.

The role includes team leadership, operational excellence, financial management, compliance, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales operations.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor branch staff.
  • Develop local marketing and sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Acquire new clients and retain existing customers.
  • Manage the branch budget and track profit and loss.
  • Ensure quarterly and annual financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications and skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • Candidates need 3–5 or more years of experience in management, business development, or a similar leadership role.
  • Banking, retail, or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Proven team management and staff development ability is required.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting, budgeting, and profit and loss management is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities under pressure are required.

Compensation

  • Pay is ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month.
