Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell loan and insurance products to customers.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers with application processes and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and insurance partners.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

• Require a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in loans, insurance, banking, or financial sales is preferred.
• Require strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Require the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Require basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
• Require willingness to travel for field sales activities.

Preferred Skills

• Customer relationship management, sales and marketing expertise, team handling, and leadership abilities are preferred.
• Knowledge of financial products and insurance policies is preferred.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹20,000–₹45,000 per month.

Work Location
